CrossFit Urban EDGE is a new boutique CrossFit gym located in Central Singapore. Our aim is to transform your bodies and lives through CrossFit and the CrossFit community.

It is our passion and belief in CrossFit which lead us to create our box in order to help people like you discover your personal EDGE – getting you to feeling, looking, and thinking your best on your own terms and at your own pace.
As our name suggests, our box is devoted to the method of CrossFit—a fitness regimen distinctive in its ability to improve human performance across dimensions of strength, power, endurance and speed. We combine metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting in order to create highly functional, constantly varied and fun “Workouts of the Day” (WODs). Our WODs are designed to maximize efficiency, safety and efficacy across all ages, fitness levels and personal requirements.

CrossFit Urban EDGE also strives to build a community that is fun and inclusive. Free 1 week Urban Experience

For newcomers to Crossfit (All Skill Levels) Get the Crossfit Urban Edge experience with a box introduction and a free specially designed Urban Edge workout!

*Note: New members who are entitled to this free 1-week trial class will be able to book Urban Experience (Foundation or Bootcamp) slots only in our schedule, and NOT the other regular classes (URBAN WOD, URBAN WARRIORS, 6-PACK or GYMNASTICS). Pls refer to our Schedule here.

Urban Foundation

Beginners Introduction and 1-month unlimited initiation to allow you to safely and confidently participate in our regular classes. This arms you with the following important knowledge and skills:
    1. Intro to Crossfit
    2. Crossfit Foundational Movements (Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, Cleans, and Snatches)
    3. Basic nutrition for Wellness and Fitness
Done in small groups. This foundation series involves highly personalized training and assessment led by our expert coaches. Utilizing their knowledge and expertise in human physiology and personal training, our coaches will ensure our Urbanites have maximum confidence in terms of technique, safety, and efficacy before graduating to our regular classes. Progress assessment is done every class by the coach. *Not required for regular Crossfitters who have at least 3 months of experience.
One time fee - 300 SGD

Urban WOD

Regular Members The Urban WOD starts with a warm up to get your blood flowing and muscles ready for the "Workout of the Day" (WOD). Followed by a skill or strength session where you work on a particular lift or gymnastic movement to improve your strength and technique. The real fun begins with the WOD itself. These are highly intensive workouts, usually lasting between 10 and 20 minutes, all designed to push your strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, endurance, and performance. The Urban WOD is scaleable to 3 fitness levels, so you can adapt your own workout to maximize your potential. We believe each person will progress at different speeds and levels depending on their abilities and needs.
Monthly fee - 280 SGD

Urban Gymnastics

Regular Members Because we want you to level up quickly, we are throwing in special gymnastics to help you perform your first muscle ups & handstand push-ups in great form & speed.
Complimentary class (at least once a month)

Urban Bootcamp

Regular Members An all-new, specially designed Urban Edge HIIT program that maximizes fat burn, lean body conditioning, and cardiovascular endurance. We focus on medium-impact but high-intensity bodyweight and strength movements to get the healthy lean, “less bulk” body structure you aim for (e.g. no Olympic Lifts). Fun and intense workout conducted outdoors. Great for weight loss and lean body conditioning. Perfect for people who want to get their sweat on!

Urban Warriors

Regular Members Our Urban Warriors class is a 1.5-hour intensive class for aspiring Crossfit athletes & serious weightlifters.The Warrior program is designed to improve strength, technical and positional skills as well as barbell cycling in a fun & highly competitive environment. *Note: Strictly for RX athletes only. Pls refer to our Schedule here.

Urban 6-Pack

Regular Members This 30 minutes class is all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes, as well as working the cross-slings, which run from the upper to the lower body. It targets everything from the mid-thighs up to the shoulders - an area also known as the trunk. It is a perfect compliment to your CrossFit training, as it helps tighten your tummy and butt while improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
