Anyone who is a member of a CrossFit Box anywhere in the world that has been doing CrossFit and would like to form a team of 3 to Compete against other teams.

A Team will have to be of 1 Female and 2 Male Athletes

You will need to form your own team to register

The Event will have 24 Teams of 3 Athletes per Team

Across 2 Categories : RX and Scale

We may add more teams based on demand

This friendly competition will be held on 21st of October 2023. 

Online Registration starts 1st of July 2023 and Closes 14th of October 2023. 

In Person Registration for confimred Athletes will be day before event on the 20th of October 2023

Event will be 1 Full Day 

For Athletes 8 am (Briefing) - 5 pm (Awards Ceremony) where Athletes will be in 3 Main Events & 2 Floater Events.

Competition Roster will be Posted before event

The Throwdown is located in Dempsey right next to Baker and Cook, a great cafe offering all day dining. With all the great amenities in and around the area, we advise all Athletes to spend the whole day on the competition Grounds. Your Family and Friends can hang out with you while you want for your event to be called again

We predict large crowds of spectators from the general Public as this event will be on all social media platforms and open to family and friends to come and support.

Family and Friends are welcome to come support, however , please make sure children are kept at a safe distance.
