The Urban Foundation package gives you 1-month unlimited access to Urban Bootcamp classes and 2 x 1-hour personal training (PT) sessions to learn basic weightlifting movements for Crossfit (squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans and snatches). The aim is to ensure you can confidently and safely perform these movements in preparation for our regular Crossfit WODs. Progress assessment is done by the coach before you can join Urban WODs and you may require additional PT sessions (see "Personal Training" section for more info).
*Not required for regular Crossfitters who have at least 3 months of experience.
*PT sessions are scheduled between you and the coach during non-class times.
Urban Foundation Fee - 300 SGD
Regular Members The Urban WOD starts with a warm up to get your blood flowing and muscles ready for the "Workout of the Day" (WOD). Followed by a skill or strength session where you work on a particular lift or gymnastic movement to improve your strength and technique. The real fun begins with the WOD itself. These are highly intensive workouts, usually lasting between 10 and 20 minutes, all designed to push your strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, endurance, and performance. The Urban WOD is scaleable to 3 fitness levels, so you can adapt your own workout to maximize your potential. We believe each person will progress at different speeds and levels depending on their abilities and needs.

Regular Members An all-new, specially designed Urban Edge HIIT program that maximizes fat burn, lean body conditioning, and cardiovascular endurance. We focus on medium-impact but high-intensity bodyweight and strength movements to get the healthy lean, “less bulk” body structure you aim for (e.g. no Olympic Lifts). Fun and intense workout conducted outdoors. Great for weight loss and lean body conditioning. Perfect for people who want to get their sweat on!

Regular Members Our Urban Warriors class is a 1.5-hour intensive class for aspiring Crossfit athletes & serious weightlifters.The Warrior program is designed to improve strength, technical and positional skills as well as barbell cycling in a fun & highly competitive environment. *Note: Strictly for RX athletes only. Schedule a specialized 1 on 1 personal training session (1 hour per session) with one of our experienced coaches to fast track your way into our regular Crossfit Urban WODs or simply to focus on technique work or level up your skills.
