Urban Foundation


Introduction & 1-month unlimited initiation to allow you to safely & confidently participate in our regular classes. This arms you with the following important knowledge & skills:

    1. Intro to Crossfit
    2. Crossfit Foundational Movements (Squats, Presses, Gymnastics and Weight lifting)
    3. Nutrition for Wellness & Fitness

Done in small groups. This foundation series involves highly personalized training and assessment led by our head coach & resident chiro Jeff and supported by our assistant head coach Eric. Utilizing their knowledge & expertise in human physiology & personal training, our coaches will ensure our Urbanites have maximum confidence in terms of technique, safety & efficacy before graduating to our regular classes. Progress assessment is done every class by the coach.

*Not required for regular Crosffiters who have at least 3 months of experience.

Urban WOD

Regular Members

The Urban WOD starts with a warm up to get your blood flowing and muscles ready for the "Workout of the Day" (WOD). Followed by a skill or strength session where you work on a particular lift or gymnastic movement to improve your strength and technique. The real fun begins with the WOD itself. These are highly intensive workouts, usually lasting between 10 and 20 minutes, all designed to push your strength, cardio-respiratory fitness, endurance & performance.

The Urban WOD is scaleable to 3 fitness levels, so you can adapt your own workout to maximize your potential. We believe each person will progress at different speeds & levels depending on their abilities & needs.

Urban Gymnastics

Regular Members

Because we want you to level up quickly, we are throwing in special gymnastics to help you perform your first muscle ups & handstand push-ups in great form & speed.

Urban Recover - Yoga

Regular Members

Because we recognize that recovery is critical to better performance, we are throwing in special recovery yoga class every weekend to help your muscles recover faster while at the same time helping you build your strength for the next WOD.

Power WOD

Regular Members

Our Power WODs are designed to give you maximum workout efficiency during lunch break. Get in, get out and back to work energized in 30 mins.

Urban Circuit

An all-new, specially designed Urban Edge HIIT program that maximizes fat burn, lean body conditioning & cardiovascular endurance in just 30 minutes.
We focus on medium-impact but high-intensity bodyweight & strength movements to get the healthy lean, “less bulk” body structure you aim for. (ex No Olympic Lifts). Efficient & Fun. Get your workout done in 30 minutes! Great for weight loss & lean body conditioning. Great for people who are on-the-go & who want an efficient workout after work

Urban Warriors

Regular Members

Our Urban Warriors class is a 1.5-hour intensive class for aspiring Crossfit athletes & serious weightlifters.The Warrior program is designed to improve strength, technical and positional skills as well as barbell cycling in a fun & highly competitive environment.
